Second in a series of rehearsal and live tracks recorded by Refrigerated Nurses which was the first Punk Rock band in Flagstaff Arizona.

The band had several members between 1985 and 1998 and continued to perform until the mid 90's. These recordings feature Paul Gardner on Guitar and Mike Clifton on vocals and were recorded sometime between 1986 and 1988.

Disc 2 features two separate recordings from sometime between 1987-1988. No dates were listed on the tapes that these recordings came from. But given the specific songs recorded these are from the latertime period when Mike Clifton was singing for the band.
