Third in a series of rehearsal and live tracks recorded by Refrigerated Nurses which was the first Punk Rock band in Flagstaff Arizona.

The band had several members between 1985 and 1998 and continued to perform until the mid 90's. These recordings feature Paul Gardner on Guitar and Mike Clifton on vocals and were recorded sometime between 1986 and 1988.

This is the third disc in this series of classic RN tracks culled from the archives of the band. This selection of songs and sounds is based on a mix tape that James made taking various rehearsal versions of songs and then adding in some horror themed elements. The versions of these songs are different than the other tracks on Discs 1 and 2. These versions date from 1986-1987as far as I can gather based on the songs prepresented..

I have a particular fondness of this particular mix and felt it should be included. It also features good versions of songs for the RN Enthusiasts out there as well as versions unavailable any where else.
